WHEREAS, Joe Williams has faithfully served the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas as Chairman of the Parks Commission; and

WHEREAS, the service rendered by Joe Williams to the community of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Craighead County has earned the admiration and respect of all citizens; and

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desires to express its appreciation and gratitude for the tremendous contribution and splendid achievements of Joe Williams; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Resolution be spared upon the permanent records of the City of Jonesboro.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 18^th day of February, 1991.
