A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH US ABLE TO ADMINISTER THE EMPLOYEE CAFETERIA PLAN AND PREPARE ANNUAL REAL VALUE STATEMENTS FOR EACH PARTICIPATING EMPLOYEE

 

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro currently provides a cafeteria plan for its participating employees, and

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

 

Section 1:  That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with US Able to provide said services.

 

Section 2:  Said contract shall be for the amount of $30.00 per year per participating employee for the stored value card.  Said contract shall be for one year starting January 1, 2008.
