AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN ZONING BOUNDARIES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14 known as the zoning ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From R-1 to C-4 the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Jonesboro, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
From the Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 6, thence N 01º31’46” W a distance of 240.54 feet to a point, said point being the point of beginning; thence S 87º55’37” W, a distance of 194.55 feet to a point, thence S 87º32’23” W, a distance of 15.00 feet to a point, thence N 02º00’40” W a distance of 102.73 feet to a point, thence N 87º41’06” E, a distance of 209.00 feet to a point, thence S 02º18’54” E, a distance of 103.51 feet to a point, said point being the point of beginning, said tract containing 0.50 acres, more or less, and being subject to easements and Rights-of-Way for roads and other purposes.
