1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from January 2, 2001, as delivered.
4. City Attorney:
A. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-1), located in the 9700 Block of East Highland. (Jerry Nichols)
B. 2nd Reading - Ordinance prohibiting the storage under certain circumstances, of junk and/or abandoned vehicles; repealing certain code provisions regarding such vehicles; and declaring an emergency.
5. Resolution appointing Chase Manhattan Trust Company as successor service provider,
relating to Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, Series 1992 A (Hytrol Conveyer Co.,
Project, Account No. 8002200).
6. Review the following appointments / reappointments:
Reappoint Bill West and Alderman Dave Young to the City Water & Light Board, with terms to expire January 2004.
Appoint Bill Hurt to the Advertising and Promotion Commission with an expiration date of January 2003.
7. New Business by the Mayor.
