ORDINANCE DECLARING IT A MISDEMEANOR TO DUMP TRASH ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE CITY DUMPING GROUNDS

Hereafter when any person, persons or corporation controlling any place or places where rubbish, truck, filth or offal accumulates, such person, persons or corporation shall remove such rubbish, truck, filth and offal to the City Dumping Grounds, and there bury the same as is required of the City Scavenger.
It shall be unlawful for any person, persons or corporation controlling such place or places where rubbish, truck, filth and offal accumulate to remove such filth, truck, rubbish or offal to any place within the limits of said City of Jonesboro, or to bury the same or any part thereof within the limits of said City.
All persons or corporations violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Twenty-five Dollars.
