RESOLUTION TO APPOINT JUDGES AND CLERKS FOR THE SPECIAL ELECTION REGARDING THE CONSOLIDATION OF NETTLETON AND JONESBORO

WHEREAS, a special election has been called to be held on May 27, 1958, to vote upon the consolidation of the cities of Nettleton and Jonesboro, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, Arkansas Statutes Section 19-311 requires that the Mayor and Council of each such cities shall select two judges and one clerk for each polling place;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas sitting in regular session this May 19, 1958 at which meeting a quorum as required by law is present and voting, and that two judges and one clerk for each ward in the City of Jonesboro be and are hereby appointed as follows:
