CITY COUNCIL AGENDA - December 1, 1997

1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

2. Roll call by Clerk.

3. Approval of minutes from November 17, 1997, as provided.

4. City Attorney:

(A) 1^st reading - Ordinance authorizing the issuance of Sales and Use Tax Revenue Bonds for the purpose of financing the cost of constructing street and road improvements.

(B) 1^st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on West Washington Ave. Extended, directly east and adjacent to 2900 West Washington. (Son-Tina Enterprises, Inc.)

(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to relocate a portion of street easement located across the easterly side of Lot 8 of Block "E" in the Dunwoody-Huntcliff Estates (Frank Macon)
