A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BY MATT SILAS, ARCHITECT TO CONSTRUCT RESTROOM FACILITIES AND CONCESSION STAND AT SOUTHSIDE BALL PARK

Body

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to have restroom facilities and concession stand constructed at the Southside Ball park; and

WHEREAS, Matt Silas Architect has been selected to perform this construction; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1: The City of Jonesboro approves the contract for the construction of restroom facilities and concession stand at Southside Ball Park.

Section 2: The Mayor, Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
