Body

WHEREAS, Doyle Brown and Margaret Brown, desire to donate and the City of Jonesboro wishes to accept the following described property to the city of Jonesboro, to wit:

A part of the West ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 23, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, Craighead County, Arkansas.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept the Donation Deed of Gift dated September 3^rd, 2008.
