A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the north side of Southwest Drive, East of Darr Hill Road. (Roy and Nell Bearden)
B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3 LU), located on the south side of Washington Avenue, approximately 1,000 feet west of Stratford Drive. (Mary Craft)
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone 1.14 acres from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3 LU), located on the north side of Windover Road, west of Brown's Lane. (Max Dacus, Jr.)
D. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone 2.30 acres from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3 LU), located on the north side of Windover Road, west of Brown's Lane. (Max Dacus, Jr.)
E. 1st Reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of maintenance contract for Police Department mobile data system.
5. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide free utility service to 600 Lawson Road for the Nature Center.
6. Resolution expressing the willingness of the City of Jonesboro to utilize Federal-Aid monies for signalization of U.S. Highway 18 and Highway 351.
7. Set an appeal hearing regarding the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission's recommendation to deny a zoning change from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) for property located on the northwest corner on Johnson Avenue and Clinton School Road. (Millard Cooper)
