(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Five (R-1 to C-5), located at southwest corner of Race Street and Spence Circle. (David Conrad/Lucille Boothe)

(D) 3rd reading - Ordinance to amend Title 2.20 adding Section 2.20.10 to establish procedures for bringing ordinances before the City Council
