AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.40.20, LEASED SPACES SECTION (B) TO ADD SEVEN (7) ADDITIONAL LEASED PARKING SPACES ON THE CHURCH STREET PARKING LOT

BE IT ORDAINED BY the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that;
SECTION 1: Subsection (B) of Section 8.40.20 - LEASED SPACES, shall be amended to change Twelve leased spaces to Nineteen leased spaces on the Church Street parking lot; AND
SECTION 2: It is further found that due to the immediate need to provide leased spaces, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1994.
