The Jonesboro City Council met in regular session, Monday, March 21, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. Present, Mayor, City Attorney, City Clerk and all aldermen except: Dr. Smith.

The minutes of March 7, 1983, were approved as mailed on motion by Mr. Sanderson, seconded by Mr. Mays, all aye.

The following bids were up for review:

B) Public Employees Bond - A motion from Mr. Hannah to accept the bid from Martin & Associates for $1,521.20, seconded by Mr. Shelton. All voted aye.

On review of the rules and regulation of the Fire and Police Departments, the Mayor asked that they be offered at the next Council meeting to give more time to study the rules.
