CITY COUNCIL MINUTES, FEBRUARY 16, 1981
The Jonesboro City Council met in regular session, Monday, February 16, 1981, at 7:30 P.M. Present, City Attorney, City Clerk and all aldermen except Mr. Hinson. Vice Mayor Haigler presided over the meeting in absence of Mr. Stallings.
The minutes of February 2, 1981, were approved as mailed on motion by Mr. Stricklin, seconded by Mr. Park, all aye.
On motion by Mr. Park, second by Mr. Stricklin, permission was granted for placing a mobile home at 437 Baker. All council voted aye except Mr. Minx.
The following bids were reviewed for a loader tire:
Lone Star $1,104.46
Tolbert Tire 1,195.42
Proctor Tire 1,313.13
Mr. Minx moved that the low bid from Lone Star be approved, seconded by Mr. Hannah, all aye.
There being no further business, council adjourned.
