ORDINANCE SETTING TIMELINE FOR PROSECUTION DUE TO VIOLATION OF CITY ORDINANCES

No person shall be tried, prosecuted or punished for violation of any of the Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro unless the charge be found or a prosecution instituted within one year after the commission of the offense.
