RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SOUTHVIEW ACRES STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.1, AND OTHER MATTERS

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Southview Acres Street Improvement District no. 1 has made due report to the City Council that the members thereof have formed plans for the construction of improvements and have estimated the cost thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Board has filed the assessment of benefits and costs with the city clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Board has shown that the persons who would be liable for a majority of the assessed benefits have signed the original petition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas;
SECTION 1: The report of the Board of Commissioners of Southview Acres Street Improvement District No. 1 on the plans for the improvements to be carried out by the district and the estimated costs thereof are hereby approved.
