The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission met on November 19, 1970 at 7:30 P.M. at the office of Chairman Scott.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Scott, Falls, Melton, Spurlock, and King.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Kenward, Lane, Griffin, and Jarrett.
OTHERS PRESENT: Martz, Moore, Malik, and Fugate.
Mr. Moore presented the Schedule of the Jonesboro Comprehensive Plan Phase II.
Mr. Malik presented and discussed both the Preliminary reports on Community Facilities and the Transportation Studies.
Meeting adjourned at 9:35 P.M.
