AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 954 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE IN ZONING BOUNDARIES.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro be amended by the change in zoning district boundaries as follows:
From Commercial (C-3) and Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3) of property described as follows: A parcel of land lying within the Northwest quarter and within the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33 aforesaid; thence South 00º34'47? West, along the East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 33, a distance of 1316.26 feet to the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33; thence South 00º34'57?West, along the East line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33, a distance of 369.10 feet to the point of beginning of the herein described parcel; thence South 00º34'57? West, continuing along said East line, a distance of 200.99 feet to a point; thence North 89º44'47? East, a distance of 261.30 feet to the South Bank of Higginbottom Creek; thence with the meanderings with the South Bank as follows: South 72º46'09?
