1. Call to order by Mayor at 7:30 p.m.

3. Approval of minutes from April 17, 1995, as mailed.
· Reschedule an Appeal Hearing for May 15, 1995, as requested by Linda Smallman.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon ten feet of an existing 25 foot utility easement along the north side of Lots 1, 3 and 4 of Bramblewood Subdivision. (Jimmy Cox & Roy Milner)
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone 1.34 acres from Residential One to Commercial Three, located at 4103 Southwest Drive, on the west side and north of Leon Kirksey Road. (O.R McKisson)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon an unimproved portion of street right-of-way on East Street located east of Church Street and west of Vandyne. (Harvey Newcom)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive bidding of repair parts and labor for a 1550 Case Dozer.
5. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide free service to Jonesboro's softball parks scoreboards and to four community baseball fields at the Valley View School.
