A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from I-1 Limited Industrial District to C-3, LU-O Limited Use Overlay District, located on the northeast side of Highway 63, at the south end of Moore Road. (Wayne Long)
6. Resolution reallocating budgeted State of Arkansas Outdoor Recreation Grant Funds for the following parks projects: $50,000 to the Rotary Centennial Park and Playground in Craighead Forest Park; $40,000 to a playground at Joe Mack Campbell Park; and $60,000 to construct a parking lot for Allen Park Community Center.
7. Resolution approving Administrative Policy and Procedures for requests for intra-departmental line-item appropriation transfers.
8. Review of Bid No. 2003:16 - Audio Equipment for Huntington Building.
