Neil & Mary Stallings and Herbert & Bernice Stallings entered into a lease agreement with the City for land known as Stallings Park No. 2 on Bernice Street. The land description is described as “The Lessor’s property bounded by the Cotton Belt Railroad on the North and the Frisco Railroad on the West and Turtle Creek on the East and Neil Drive on the South.” The contract amount is for $1.00 and the length of the contract is an ongoing agreement starting on January 1, 1984, cancellable by either party by giving a 30 day notice.
