AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FIXED ASSET PURCHASES

SECTION 1: The sum of $66,703.19 is appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Fixed Asset Fund to reimburse the Capital Improvement Fund for fixed asset purchases listed on Attachment A.
SECTION 2: The sum of $66,703.19 shall be paid to the Capital Improvement Fund and charged to the Fixed Asset Fund appropriation created in Section 1.
SECTION 3: The City Council finds that an emergency exists and this Ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public health, welfare and safety, it shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
