RESOLUTION TO VACATE AND ABANDON ROSE LANE AND GLADIOLI DRIVE, BETWEEN BLOCK B AND C OF THE HARLEY KIECH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, a petition has been filed by Harley Kiech and his wife Molly Kiech and Harlan Kiech and his wife Sylvia Kiech, sole and only owners of the real property abutting a certain street between Progress Drive and Gladioli Drive in Harley Kiech Addition to Nettleton in the City of Jonesboro, praying that said street be closed and abandoned as follows:
That portion of Rose Lane and Gladioli Drive which lies between Progress Drive and Dahlia Lane from Progress Drive to the drainage ditch designated on the plat of Harley Kiech Addition between Blocks B and C in the Nettleton Ward of the City of Jonesboro, now appearing in Plat Book 123 at Page 54, in the office of the recorder of Craighead County, at Jonesboro.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, give notice by publication once a week for two weeks in some newspaper published in Craighead County, advising the property owners affected that on the 4th day of March, 1963, the Council will hear the said petition and determine whether such property shall be abandoned as a street and whether all abutting property owners and other persons directly interested have consented to such abandonment.
