RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS  DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT FOR MATA RIGHT OF WAY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1.      The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute all documentation necessary to effectuate the following MATA Right of Way Contracts:

·      Harold  and William Dickens, 1600 West Nettleton, Parcel 72

·      Harold and Sally Dickens 1606 West Nettleton, Parcel 73

·      Marvin and Wanda Cliff, 1322 West Nettleton, Parcel 57

·      Rosalee Martin, 1110 West Nettleton, Parcel 62

Section 2.        The originals of the above mentioned contracts, rights of way, and appraisals are on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.
