WHEREAS, there is no longer a need for a Borrow Source Investigation, performed by FTN Associate due to the excess cover material being available from detention pond installation.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro that:

Resolution No. 2006:130 is hereby repealed in its entirety, making null and void Purchase Order 00036772 and the contract with FTN Associates, LTD to perform a Borrow Source Investigation for $15,000.00.
