BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the following language be used in preparation of the Jonesboro Economical Transportation System Initiative in the 2008 General Election:
 
"Do you support the use of tax revenue from the City of Jonesboro General Fund to support and continue the Jonesboro Economical Transportation System also known as the Jonesboro Bus System and as J.E.T.S."
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this language is being recommended by the following Sponsors and Co-Sponsors of the Jonesboro City Council:  Chris Moore, Ann Williams, John Street, Cecil Province, Charles Frierson, Jim Hargis, Faye McCall, and Harold Perrin.
