RESOLUTION FOR CONDEMNATION PROPERTIES AT 104 N. DRAKE, JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

Whereas, the above properties have been inspected and determined to be unsuited for   human habitation. All the stipulations have been met in the condemnation process to    proceed with condemnation on the above properties.

Whereas, the above properties were brought before the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas and reviewed for Condemnation.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT: the City should proceed with the condemnation of the properties at:  104 N. Drake, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
