BE IT RESOLVED that the Peoples National Bank of Jonesboro, Arkansas, is hereby named and designated as the depository of the funds of the City of Jonesboro of the State of Arkansas, until January 1^st, 1957, and thereafter until another or different depository is designated by the City Council that takes office on or about that date.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6^th day of February, 1956.
