3: From Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) of an area described as Lots 11 through 20 of Block 12 of Ridgecrest Addition to the City of Jonesboro, more particularly described as follows: Commence at a point approximately 170 feet North of intersection of Culberhouse Street and Highway 39, thence continue North 405.8 feet along the East line of Culberhouse to the Northwest Corner of Lot 11; thence East 120 feet; thence South 280 feet to Southeast Corner of Lot 18; thence Southwesterly along Southeasterly line of Lots 19 and 20 to point of beginning.
