RESOLUTION TO JOIN THE JONESBORO PLANNING COMMISSION TO REQUEST AID FROM THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, the attached resolution has been passed and adopted by the Jonesboro Planning Commission, a body created and appointed by the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, all in accordance with the laws of Arkansas;

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Council hereby approves and affirms said resolution and joins the Jonesboro Planning Commission in its request for aid from the Arkansas Highway Department, and its expression of appreciation to said Highway Department for its offer of assistance.  

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17^th day of January, 1955.
