BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Industrial I-1 to Commercial (C-3) the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lot 1 of the Geron Vail Replat of a part of Lots 9 and 10 of Cobb and Lee’s Survey of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, and a part of Lot “A” Stuck And Stuck subdivision.
