RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SELL APPROXIMATELY 23.25 ACRES LOCATED AT 2217 W. PARKER ROAD IN JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO ST. BERNARDS VILLAGE, INC AND ENTER INTO A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE CONTRACT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue all documents necessary to effectuate the closing of a sale to St Bernards Village, Inc. for approximately 23.25 acres to be platted prior to closing and said property will be refered to as Lot 1 of West Parker Road Addition.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept the following purchase price offer:
Offer $500,100.00
Deposit $10,000.00
Balance $490,100.00
