RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAILROADS INSTALL BLINKER LIGHTS OR PROVIDE FLAGMEN

BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Jonesboro Council members that the Frisco Railroad be and it is hereby requested to install blinker lights at the Floyd Street crossing and the Airport crossing and the Cottonbelt Railroad is hereby requested to install blinkers at the Floyd St. Crossing.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 2 railroads have a flagman at the above named crossings, if the blinker lights are not installed.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1^st day of May, 1961.
