Clancy Systems’ contract for software for a parking citation and tracking system

Clancy Systems was awarded the contract for software for a parking citation and tracking system and was signed on July 16, 2007. The City agrees to pay $100 per month for each field unit and $150 per month system support for each computer node on which systems operates (under this fee Clancy Systems provides PC’s and printers) City agrees to pay $.10 for each ticket form purchased. In addition, the company will be reimbursed for actual travel costs for installation and training not to exceed $2,500. The resolution number is RES-07:125 and was approved by the City Council on July 3, 2007.
