1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from May 3, 1999, as delivered.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 1st reading - Ordinance authorizing the issuance of industrial development revenue bonds to Frito-Lay, Inc.
(B) 3rd reading-Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), and from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3), located on the west side of Hwy. 63, south of Strawfloor Road and approximately mile north of the Woodsprings Road interchange. (J. T. Barr)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize the purchase of a used automatic side loading sanitation truck.
5. Review Bid Number 99:23 - Rotary Hydraulic Cart - Sanitation Department
6. Set an appeal hearing regarding denial by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission to place a manufactured home at 610 Airport Road. (Dale Williams)
7. Resolution authorizing a contract with Griffin Grant Writing & Consulting, Inc.
