(A) Decision by Council regarding the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission’s decision to approve Kenny Findley’s request for approval of subdivision plans. (Glenn Lovett, Jr., Attorney for Byron Glanton)

(B) 3RD reading - Ordinance to amend the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances, Chapter 9.08 known as, Excavations and Alterations.

(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the north side of W. Washington Ave., west of Stratford Drive. (Skip Macon)

(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the north side of Highland Drive, east of Hillcrest Drive. (J. D. Crocker)

(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-1), located on the southwest corner of Dan Ave. and Best Industrial Drive. (John Best)
