B. 1^st reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon an unimproved portion of a fifteen foot (15') drainage easement, located in the 2100 Block of E. Parker Road. (Phillips Investments, Inc./ Engineer, Dan Mulhollen)

C. 1^st reading - Ordinance to rezone from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-3), located at the northeast corner of Rogers Street and Johnson Avenue. (Lora Wells)

D. 1^st reading - Ordinance to rezone from Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-2) certain property located on the south side of East Highland Avenue, approximately 2000 feet east of Quality Way. (City Water & Light)
