The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission met in regular session at 7:30 P.M. on Thursday, January 11, 1973 in the Court Room at City Hall to consider the following requests:
Item #1. Melton Brothers requests approval of a replat of Marlo Acres 4th Addition to Jonesboro, Arkansas. This property is located at Culberhouse and Melton. A motion was made by Mr. Morrison and seconded by Mr. King to APPROVE the request. A vote was taken and the motion was passed unanimously.
Item #2. Jim McDaniel requests approval of a preliminary plat of McDaniel Subdivision IV. This property is located just south of the intersection of Hwy. 226 and Neely Lane. A motion was made by Mr. King and seconded by Mr. Roddy to DISAPPROVE the request for lack of information on the drawings presented. A vote was taken and the motion to DISAPPROVE the request was passed unanimously.
Item #3. Allen Hester requests approval of a preliminary plat of Sylvan Hills Estates 4th Addition. This property is located immediately off Lovelace Lane. A motion was made by Mr. Cooper and seconded by Mr. Roddy to APPROVE the request. A vote was taken and the motion as passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 P.M.
