Craighead County Solid Waste Disposal Authority (CCSWDA) entered into a lease agreement with the City for land located at 1620 Strawfloor Road and was signed on March 16, 1992. The lease amount is for $10.00 annually and for a period of no less than 20 years, expiring December 31 of the final year.
Craighead County Solid Waste Disposal Authority (CCSWDA) entered into a contract with the City to terminate the lease of City property, accept the improvements and accept donated property located at 1620 Strawfloor Drive and was signed on September 26, 2007. The termination of the lease was approved by two resolutions. The resolution numbers are RES-07:24 and was approved by the City Council on April 17, 2007 and RES-07:162 and was approved by the City Council on June 19, 2007.
