RESOLUTION TO APPOINT CARROLL CALDWELL TO THE MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING MORATORIUM COMMITTEE

WHEREAS, on August 6, 2013, the Multi-family Housing Moratorium Committee was formed to review the multi-family housing inventory status and to provide recommendations regarding multi-family zoning and development in the City of Jonesboro;
WHEREAS, Mr. Don Parker was appointed to the committee; and
WHEREAS, on November 19, 2013, the City Council voted to remove Mr. Parker from the committee due to a conflict of interest; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Perrin recommends appointing Mr. Carroll Caldwell to replace Mr. Parker.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: Carroll Caldwell is appointed to the Multi-family Housing Moratorium Committee to replace Don Parker with a term end date of January 16, 2014.
