RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION TO JERRY HUBBARD FOR HIS ACHIEVEMENTS AS A MEMBER OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION

WHEREAS, Jerry Hubbard, has faithfully completed tenures as a member of the Civil Service Commission; and

WHEREAS, the service rendered by Jerry Hubbard, to the Civil Service Commission, the community of Jonesboro, and Craighead County has earned the admiration and respect of all citizens; and

WHEREAS, the Civil Service commission desires to express its appreciation and gratitude for the splendid achievements of Jerry Hubbard.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution is spread upon the permanent records of the City of Jonesboro and copies be delivered to Jerry Hubbard.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20^th day of March, 1989.
