AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY OF JONESBORO 2012 ANNUAL BUDGET BY INCREASING THE SALARY FOR THE CRIME ANALYST

WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 11:089 adopted the 2012 budget and;
WHEREAS, The crime analyst position is a grade 113 with a salary range of $31,838 to $47,758.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The 2012 annual budget of the City of Jonesboro is amended by the increase of the salary of the crime analyst from $35,818 to $43,000.
SECTION 2: The funding for the increased salary and benefits shall be from grant monies and not the general fund
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 2012.
