HP Development entered into a contract with the City for stormwater management facilities for Savannah Hills Apartments and replat of Lots 4-6 and 11-13, Block "B", Craighills Third Addition, a commerical addition. The resolution number is RES-12:197 and was approved by Council on November 20, 2012.
The maintenance agreement was filed in the Circuit Clerk's Office on April 23, 2013, in Book JB2013R-007518 3. The plat was recorded in the Circuit Clerk's Office on April 23, 2013, in Book JB2013R-007519 1.
