BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: That Title 14 of the Jonesboro Municipal Code known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended by the change in zone district boundaries as follows:

From I-1 and R-l, Industrial and Residential District to C-3, L.U.O., for an office and training building, that land described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION

The East Half (E ½ ) of the East Half (E ½ ) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼ ) of the Southwest Quarter(SW ¼ ) Of Section 21, Township 14 North, Range 5 East, Craighead County, Arkansas and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast (SE) corner of aforesaid Southeast Quarter (SE ¼ ) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼ ) of said Section 21; thence North 1° 58'04" West 1314.01 feet; thence South 87° 08' 04"West 327.42 feet; thence South 1° 56' 56"East 1313.62 feet; thence North 87° 12' 13"East 327.85 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 9.88 acres more or less and being subject to all public and private roads and easements.
