RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF ONE POLICE VAN

Be it enacted by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that 1 (one) Police Van approved by the City Council concerning work release programs be purchased under the state bid for the amount of $15,390.00. Said purchase shall be made from Little Rock Dodge of Little Rock, Arkansas. Total expenditure shall be $15,390.00.
FURTHER, BE IT resolved that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to order and purchase said vehicle(s) described above.
