The City Planning Commission met on Thursday, June 13, 1968 at 7:30 P.M. in the City Hall.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Clay Kenward (acting Chairman), Glenn Lane, Frank Falls.
OTHERS PRESENT: Brooks Griffith (Representing Public Works Department)
Acting Chairman, Clay Kenward, declared that there was not enough members of the commission present to take action on any of the items of the agenda and informed those persons in attendance at the public hearing that a special meeting would be held to take action on those items on the agenda previously advertised.
