WHEREAS, Dr. Bill Bowers has served the City of Jonesboro as Alderman since August, 1968; and

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to spread the following Resolution upon the minutes:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council recognizes the excellent and untiring service that Dr. Bowers has rendered to the City of Jonesboro and its citizens during the years he has served as Alderman.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 16^th day of December, 1974.
