A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION PLANNING AND ADVISORY COMMITTEE

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro maintains park and recreation facilities for use by the public;

WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Planning and Advisory Committee advises the City Council in the planning and development of its parks and facilities;

WHEREAS, William McLean, Thayer McKinley, Henry Turner and Jarrod Woodard have been nominated by Mayor Perrin to serve on the Parks and Recreation Planning and Advisory Committee for a term of 3 years; expiring December 31, 2012;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1: That the City of Jonesboro appoints William McLean, Thayer McKinley, Henry Turner and Jarrod Woodard to serve on the Parks and Recreation Planning and Advisory Committee.
