BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

That in recognition of Johnny Pratt for his dedicated service to the City of Jonesboro as a City Councilman of the community of Jonesboro, and

Whereas, the Council desires to express its appreciation and gratitude of Johnny Pratt, and

Whereas, his civic dedication shall always be remembered and appreciated by the Citizens of Jonesboro, and

Whereas, be it further resolved that this resolution be spread upon the permanent records of the City of Jonesboro.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21^st day of December, 1998.
