RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF DEMAND RESPONSE SOFTWARE FOR JETS FROM ROUTEMATCH

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro needs to purchase Demand Response software for the JETS Department; and

WHEREAS, the low bid was received from Routematch for the needed software, in the amount of $39,313.00;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

SECTION 1: The City of Jonesboro accepts the bid in the amount of $39,313.00 from RouteMatch for the software.

SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are necessary to effectuate this Resolution.
